Amber is eating about 70% local at every meal these days - way to go!  Her official OLS meal for the week made me drool: a curry of peppers, prawns, potatoes, and squash.  She is also very busy making jam and freezing the local bounty.

Sally waxed poetic about her favorite local market, and did some gardening chores (and I’m ultra jealous of the kitchen garden she’s planning for next year).  After getting home from the market one day, she ate a local sandwich of cheese and onion marmalade on seedy bread. Yum!
